PROVERBS 11 ELEVEN

A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, but a just weight is his delight.

2 When pride comes, it comes with shame; but with the lowly there is wisdom.

3 The integrity of the right guides them, but the perverseness of transgressors destroys them.

4 Riches will not profit you in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.

5 The righteousness of the perfect pleases him in the way, but the wicked fall because of their wickedness.

6 The righteousness of the right delivers them, but transgressors are taken by their own naughtiness.

7 When the wicked man dies, his hope perishes; yes, the expectations of the unjust will perish.

8 The righteous are delivered from trouble and the wicked to come.

9 Hypocrites by their mouths destroy their neighbors, but the knowledge of the righteous delivers them.

10 When it is well with the righteous, the capital rejoices, and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.

11 In the blessing of the right, a city is exalted, but the mouth of the wicked overthrows it.

12 Those who are void of wisdom despise their neighbor, but men of understanding are for peace.

13 A talebearer reveals secrets, but he who is faithful in spirit conceals a matter.

14 Without counsel people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

15 To be surety for a stranger is not wise; hate suretyship, and you will be secure.

16 As gracious women retain honor, so the strong retain riches.

17 A merciful man has a good soul, but the cruel troubles their own flesh.

18 The wicked work deceitful works, but he that sows righteousness will have a secure reward.

19 Righteousness is life, but to pursue evil is death.

20 A perverse heart is an abomination to the LORD, but the upright in the way is his delight.

21 Hand in hand, the wicked will not be innocent, but the seed of the righteous will be delivered.

22 Like a jewel of gold in a pig’s snout, so is a beautiful woman without discretion.

23 The desire of the righteous is good, but the hope of the wicked will be wrath.

24 Scatter and you will increase: withhold what is right, and you will want.

25 The liberal soul will be fat, and he that waters will himself be watered.

26 Withhold corn from the people, and they will curse you, but blessings are on the head of him that sells it.

27 He that diligently seeks good procures his delight, but he that seeks mischief, it will come to him.

28 He that trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like a branch.

29 He that troubles his house will inherit the wind, and a fool will be the servant to the wise at heart.

30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he that wins souls is wise.

31 The righteous will be recompensed on earth; not the wicked sinners.

Remembering 9/11

When your world collapse, the only thing that will be left is a cross with an inscription that says R.I.P.

But for the wicked their will be no RIP in hell, and for the righteous RIP simply means: Ressurection In Progress.

My Thoughts:

Wow, I read chapter 11 today, and the thoughts I wrote yesterday also apply to today’s chapter. So if you read yesterday’s commentary, you will be good for the whole book of Proverbs. There is a constant war between good and evil, demons and angels, in the unseen realms of the heavenlies. When evil spirits inhabit a city, the wicked increase, and so do the abominations alongside the crime.

But the righteous who walk in the light resist the devil and his evil works until the criminals are in jail and the demons leave town. Now this is often called a revival when the wicked repent and turn to God to save them. They stop their evil thoughts and acts in fear of God to turn to him who loved them before the foundations of the earth.

Instead of motivational books, turn to the Bible, and especially to Proverbs, to get wisdom and discernment so you can avoid death and find life.

In Remembrance Of The 9/11 Tragedy

Dear Americans – Make America Great Again is a wake-up call to a nation standing at a moral and spiritual crossroads. Read it for it is rich in wisdom that will save your life from the present day deception and the wrath of God to come.

Looking beyond politics, it examines the condition of the heart—rather than what the senses can detect. Through thought-provoking chapters, the book invites readers to seek truth, embrace accountability, and rediscover the enduring principles that make a nation great.

America is the land of the free and the brave, with boundless opportunities and dreams as vast as the oceans. But behind the patriotic ideals lies a complex story of triumphs and betrayals, hope and hypocrisy, faith and failure.

Not everything is conquered by force. The need for love, hope, and faith is as important as a strong economy and a powerful armed force. The challenge is not only to observe the outside world, but ultimately to examine one’s own life.

Rather than providing simple answers, this work encourages meaningful reflection, critical dialogue, but most importantly decisive action, not hypocritical compromises. Dear Americans is a stage curtain drawn open on the poverty, blindness, and nakedness of humans walking in pride while exposing their shame for all to see.
